Research Assistant, Department of Anatomy & Neurobiology

1989 – 1995

Responsible for conducting biological/medical research and directing the daily operations of Macintosh and PC computers.

  • Implemented systems for computer based data acquisition and analysis. These included high resolution image capture from microscopes and computer based monitoring and analysis of physiological data.

  • Developed data acquisition software for the Macintosh that plots histological sections from a microscope for either 2D or 3D analysis and reconstruction.

  • Skilled in laboratory and surgical techniques, especially those pertaining to neurophysiology, neuroanatomy, and gravitational biology.
